Last week an iREL40 project meeting (related to WP3 Advanced functional materials and interfaces) took place at MCL, which was led by MCL and AT&S. At the meeting, the project partners discussed the results and methods of the project and strategies for the future.
iRel40 is a European co-funded innovation project with the aim of improving the reliability of electronic components and systems by reducing failure rates along the entire value chain.

Letzte Woche fand beim MCL ein Arbeitsmeeting (im Zuge der WP3 Advanced functional materials and interfaces) für das Projekt iREL40, das vom Materials Center Leoben und AT&S geleitet wurde. Bei diesem Meeting diskutierten die Projektpartner die Ergebnisse und Methoden des Projekts und Strategien für die Zukunft.
iRel40 ist ein europäisch kofinanziertes Innovationsprojekt mit dem Ziel, die Zuverlässigkeit elektronischer Komponenten und Systeme zu verbessern, indem die Ausfallraten entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette reduziert werden.
