Wir sind Teil des YESvGaN-Projektkonsortiums
Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung einer neuen Klasse von Hochleistungstransistoren. Unsere jungen Forscher am MCL tragen zum YESvGan-Projekt bei, indem sie Analysen des Wärmetransports und Zuverlässigkeitstests durchführen. Das MCL nutzt hierbei sein Fachwissen, um Inputs für das thermische Design und für die Beschreibung der Materialdegradation des YESvGaN-Systems zu liefern.

We Are Part of the YESvGaN Project Consortium
The project aims to develop a new class of high-power transistors. Our young researchers at MCL contribute to the YESvGan project with the analysis of thermal transport and reliability testing. MCL uses its expertise to provide inputs for thermal design and for describing material degradation of the YESvGaN system.
